Chalet Katharina offers a calm home on 1.125m above sea in the Kitzbüheler mountains, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to reach the town.
With space up to 14 guests it offers a perfect place for families or groups. Whether you’re visiting for one week or a longer stay, you’ll find thoughtfully designed spaces that feel relaxed and personal.
We believe a great stay is about the little things — natural light, quiet nights, comfortable beds, and spaces where you can truly unwind.

The Chalet Katharina combines simplicity with comfort, offering a peaceful environment after an exciting day hiking or skiing. Soft bedding, and a calm color palette create a space where you can sleep well and feel at ease.
The Chalet offers a big kitchen and dinning table, open living room and 7 sleepingrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet and a wellness area with sauna, whirlbathtube and daybed. Different room types to suit different needs. Each room is maintained to high standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring a consistently pleasant experience throughout your stay.
Living Area
A cozy and well-balanced room ideal for couples or solo travelers. Featuring a comfortable double bed, soft lighting, and a peaceful atmosphere for restful nights.
Bedrooms
Spacious and bright, this room offers extra comfort with a seating area and enhanced amenities. Perfect for longer stays or guests who appreciate additional space.
Bathrooms
Designed for friends or business travelers, the twin room features two comfortable single beds and a practical layout that ensures privacy and comfort.
Spa Area
In the souterrain of the house you find a sauna, an open shower, a round whirltube for uot to 5 people to fill in with fresh water and a relax daybed with TV
Terrace
The sunny terrace invites you to linger and relax. In summer we offer there a BBQ on demand
Ski-in & Ski Out
The absolute highlight is the direct location on the ski slope. Just leave the car and off you go! And everyone can return home flexibly again
